Hotels

The room blocks are now closed to new bookings. If you require accommodations, we suggest contacting the hotel directly to see if they have rooms available.

Room blocks have been reserved for CIC 2024 participants at three Ottawa hotels. Booking your hotel within our room blocks is an important way to ensure CPHA does not incur significant attrition fees for rooms that remain unsold, cancelled, or reduced close to the conference dates. 

Before making a reservation:

  • Rooms in the conference hotel blocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The reservation deadline for all conference hotels is Friday 25 October or until sold out.
  • All reservations must be made under a unique name. Multiple rooms reserved under one name are not be permitted and will be cancelled.

FRAUD ALERT: 
Accommodations should be booked directly with the hotel by telephone or by using the booking links.

CIC 2024 is organized by the Canadian Public Health Association (CPHA). If you are contacted to reserve a room by a company or organization that is not CPHA, do NOT provide any personal information or credit card numbers. CPHA does not contract with third party organizations to assist with room reservations.

Cancellation Policy: Individual guestroom reservations may be modified or cancelled up until 7 days prior to the first of day of arrival without penalty. After that time a cancellation fee will result in the full balance of non-consumed rooms. This also applies to modifications. Charges will be applied to the individual’s credit card.
