Program Supplement

PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT SPECIFICATIONS

Organizations are invited to purchase space in the Program Supplement. The dedicated supplement includes Collaborator and Sponsor announcements/advertising. The Conference Program Supplement will be available for download on the Public Health 2022 Conference website.

All files must be submitted no later than Friday 20 May 2022.

Cost  

  • Two pages: $400
  • Single page: $200 
  • Half page: $100    

Mechanical Requirements

  • Colours: RGB; 
  • Material must be submitted in electronic format. 
  • All ads must be submitted in English, French or bilingual format.   
  • 72 dpi

Two-page 17” x 11”
Single 8.5” x 11”
Half 7.5” x 4.75”

Digital Specifications 

Digital data is required for all advertising. Digital file formats accepted are: 

  • PDF
  • JPEG
  • TIFF

Copy and Contract Regulations 

  • All material is subject to approval by CPHA. 
  • Requests for cancellations received by email to phads@cpha.ca on or before 17:00 (ET) on Friday 13 May will be granted a full refund, less an administrative fee of $25. No cancellations will be granted after Friday 13 May 2022
  • The appearance of advertising in the Program Supplement does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of the quality or value of such product or of claims made for it by its manufacturer.
  • Advertiser and advertising agencies are jointly responsible for payment of advertising published. 
  • Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for all content of advertising printed and responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against the publisher. 
  • Advertiser and advertising agencies agree that the publisher shall be under no liability for failure for any cause to insert any advertisement.
