Room blocks have been reserved for CIC 2024 participants at three Ottawa hotels. Booking your hotel within our room blocks is an important way to ensure CPHA does not incur significant attrition fees for rooms that remain unsold, cancelled, or reduced close the conference dates.
Before making a reservation:
- Rooms in the conference hotel blocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The reservation deadline for all conference hotels is Wednesday 23 October or until sold out.
- All reservations must be made under a unique name. Multiple rooms reserved under one name are not be permitted and will be cancelled.
