The government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) conducted public engagement from July to September 2017. The results were shared in a What We Heard report, tabled in the Legislative Assembly in October, 2017. Bill 6: Cannabis Legalization and Regulation Implementation Act was tabled in February 2018.
