A room block has been reserved for Public Health 2026 participants at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth. Booking your stay within our room block is an important way to ensure CPHA does not incur significant attrition fees for rooms that remain unsold, cancelled, or reduced close to the conference dates.
Before making a reservation:
- Rooms in the conference hotel block are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The reservation deadline for all conference hotels is Sunday 15 February or until sold out.
- All reservations must be made under a unique name. Multiple rooms reserved under one name are not be permitted and will be cancelled.

Public Health 2026 is organized by the Canadian Public Health Association (CPHA). If you are contacted to reserve a room by a company or organization that is not CPHA, do NOT provide any personal information or credit card numbers. CPHA does not contract with third party organizations to assist with room reservations. Accommodations should be booked directly with a conference hotel.

Cancellation Policy: Individual guestroom reservations may be modified or cancelled up until 7 days prior to the first of day of arrival without penalty. After that time a cancellation fee will result in the full balance of non-consumed rooms. This also applies to modifications. Charges will be applied to the individual’s credit card.
