SPONSOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

† CPHA supports the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada accreditation standards for interactions with industry. To ensure Public Health 2023 is free from commercial influence, industry sponsor designated staff are not permitted to attend educational sessions.

Sponsor staff designated to attend the conference, are prohibited from contacting participants directly. All interactions with Sponsors by participants must be voluntary. The dedicated time for participants to connect with Sponsors is Tuesday 20 June between 12:00 - 13:30 during the Exhibitor Networking.

* Advertising in the Public Health 2023 Conference Programs is reserved for the Schools and Programs of Public Health. All other advertisements are included in the Program Supplement only.   

SPONSORSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests for cancellations received by e-mail to sponsorship@cpha.ca on or before midnight (ET) Friday 17 February 2023 will be granted a refund, less an administrative fee of 10% of their sponsorship fee. There will be no refund on sponsorship after Friday 17 February 2023.
