A room block has been reserved for Public Health 2025 participants the Delta Hotels Winnipeg. Booking your stay within our room block is an important way to ensure CPHA does not incur significant attrition fees for rooms that remain unsold, cancelled, or reduced close to the conference dates.
Before making a reservation:
- Rooms in the conference hotel block are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The reservation deadline for all conference hotels is Thursday 27 March or until sold out.
- All reservations must be made under a unique name. Multiple rooms reserved under one name are not be permitted and will be cancelled.

If you are contacted to reserve a room by a company or organization that is not CPHA, do NOT provide any personal information or credit card numbers. CPHA does not contract with third party organizations to assist with room reservations. Accommodations should be booked directly with a conference hotel.
