CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
WHEN IS THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION?
The deadline to submit an abstract for an oral presentation, workshop or symposium is Thursday 1 November 2018 before 11:59 pm ET.
WHEN WILL I KNOW IF MY SUBMISSION IS ACCEPTED?
Submitters will be notified of the results by Monday 31 December 2018. All communication will be with the presenting author as indicated on the submission.
DO PRESENTERS NEED TO REGISTER?
Successful presenters must confirm the intent to present by registering before the close of the Early-bird registration to be included in the Forum program. Presenters assume all costs related to their attendance at the Forum.
Presenters must register for a minimum of one (1) day. Exhibitor and sponsor passes CANNOT be used by presenters.
HOW LONG IS AN ORAL PRESENTATION?
An oral presentation is 12 minutes followed by a three-minute discussion period.
CAN PRESENTERS USE SLIDES?
Presenters may use slides. Each session room is equipped with a projector, laptop, screen, podium, and microphone. Additional equipment such as flip charts and simultaneous interpretation will be available at the presenter’s expense.
WILL PRESENTATIONS BE MADE AVAILABLE TO DELEGATES AFTER THE FORUM?
All presentations will be made available to delegates following the Forum. Presenters may request that their presentation not be posted.
WHEN DOES REGISTRATION OPEN?
Registration opens January 2019.
DOES MY REGISTRATION ALLOW ME TO ATTEND PUBLIC HEALTH 2019?
As the Forum offers a reduced registration rate, participants are not permitted to attend sessions at Public Health 2019. If you wish to attend sessions at Public Health 2019, we offer the option to add-on a one-day registration for an additional $200.

The following will be provided each day of the forum:

WILL WI-FI BE AVAILABLE DURING THE FORUM?
